For all of knives made by Bestech Knives before shipping to our brand, it will take three full inspections. Firstly, their engineers will check the size and details based on the CAD file. Secondly, their production department will check the function and all of the details, like appearance, surface finish and sharpness etc. Finally, their inspection department will re-check the function and details. All of the knives will be checked one by one and passed their inspection standards.
Second step by Matsey
All knives are inspected one by one personally by me after I receive them from OEM. During this inspection, I also add all the additional things like a certificate, stickers or other surprises for you. However, despite all the checks, we are only human, so if there is something wrong with your purchase, you can contact us to find a solution together.
