Ready to Ship

All "Ready to ship” orders are processed within 0 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Made to Order

All "Made to order” orders are made during lead time, after receiving your order confirmation email. Current lead time is shown on the home page. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Preorder

Preorders are sent after receiving the ordered products from the OEM, after passing the QC - quality check and after packing. The approximate time to receive products from the pre-order is specified on the product page. When buying products in preorder and those that are in stock, the package will be sent after completing all the products from the order.

NOTE

I am responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office or it is handed over to the courier in the case of choosing the DHL Express shipment. Ownership of packages turned over to Polish Post (USPS)/DHL Express transfers to the buyer. I am not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. I am not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from carrier along with your order from me, so any shipping issues must be handled by carrier.
