Warranty

At Matsey, I create products that I would like to wear and use, which is why we provide a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Before shipment, each product is checked by me during QC and only after passing this stage is it shipped.

Please note, products that have suffered clear misuse or abuse are not covered by warranty. Scratches, dings, bent clips, and other normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Modifications or repairs made by any other company may void the warranty.

In order to take advantage of the guarantee, please fill in the form on the Contact page. During the interview, we will be able to determine the recognition of the warranty and possible solutions.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the carrier notes your item as delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all of the packaging.  That means the product can not be used in any way.

You may remove the product from the packaging for inspection, which is the extent of the allowable use if a return is desired. 

To start a return, please fill form on Contact site. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the details of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Cancellations 

You may cancel your order or preorder at any time as long as the order has not shipped. After your order has shipped, please follow the returns policy instructions.
